Semi-Private Specialised Training offers all the benefits of 1on1 training but with a lower price point, an extra 15 minutes and a fun, motivating atmosphere.

The unique programming of these sessions is divided into strength, muscle and conditioning to optimise results by taxing all the muscle fibres and energy systems of the body, ensuring rapid fat loss.

Sessions are divided into male and female only and numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 people per session.
